External Distribution Indemnity and Authorization
Pision News records the applicable version and document hash when these terms are accepted.
Authority
You represent that you are authorized to publish the selected release and transmit it to every selected news outlet, wire, platform, email address, API, feed, crawler, or syndication partner.
Accuracy and rights
You confirm that the release is factually accurate, substantiated, lawful, and not misleading, and that all necessary copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, confidentiality, and other permissions have been obtained.
External consequences
You understand that an external submission may be immediate, public, copied, indexed, edited under an outlet's design, billed by a provider, or difficult to retract. Pision News does not control whether an outlet accepts, reports, edits, indexes, syndicates, rejects, or removes the material.
Indemnity and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you accept responsibility for the authorized distribution and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pision News, the Pinnie App, and their owners, personnel, service providers, and distribution partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the release, the distribution instruction, a breach of these terms, provider charges, or a violation of another person's rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Recorded acceptance
Pision News records the accepting account, document version and hash, time, network address, browser identifier, release, and distribution action as evidence of authorization. Corrections and withdrawals require separate editorial action and cannot guarantee removal from third-party systems.
