Data collected
Pision News stores account and organization details, media contacts, legal acceptances, IP address and user agent records, API activity, delivery logs, and submitted release content.
Use and retention
Data is used to authenticate accounts, verify submissions, operate distribution, prevent abuse, keep an audit trail, and preserve the public historical record of releases, corrections, and withdrawals.
Disclosure
Published release content and media contacts are distributed to publishers and may become public. Service providers may process operational data only to provide hosting, email, security, or delivery functions.
Security and requests
Credentials are protected with hashing or signing controls. Account holders may request access or correction of private account data, subject to legal, security, and archival requirements.
