Startup Submission Agreement
Pision News records the applicable version and document hash when these terms are accepted.
Authority and accuracy
You represent that you are authorized to act for the submitting company; that the company is private and is not controlled by a public corporation; and that the release is accurate, substantiated, and not misleading.
Content rights
You represent that you own or control the submitted text and media and grant Pision News a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, format, archive, and redistribute them to publishers and the public.
Prohibited submissions
You may not submit public-issuer disclosures, securities offerings, earnings information, financial guidance, merger or acquisition announcements, investment solicitations, unlawful material, or material claims about a public company.
Editorial control
Pision News may verify, reject, delay, format, correct, or withdraw a release. Publication is never automatic and acceptance of a submission does not guarantee distribution.
Corrections and withdrawals
Published content is versioned rather than silently overwritten. You agree to notify Pision News promptly of material errors and authorize distribution of corrections and withdrawal notices.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for the release and for compliance with defamation, copyright, privacy, advertising, and other applicable law. This service does not provide legal advice.
